Book like a business

• Deposit on file. 50% for custom shoots, full for short sessions. No card, no calendar hold.
• Scope in writing. Hours, locations, deliverables, usage rights. One page beats a phone call.
• Reschedule policy up front. 48 hours free, then the deposit applies. State it on the booking page.
• No-show buffer. Schedule a buffer slot after every custom shoot; if they show, you edit.

The contract is the product. Clients who balk at a deposit are clients who balk at the invoice.
